Pulling back to look at him Grace was repentant. “I’m sorry Josh that was not my intention. I just wanted us both to be clear about this. I also wondered if the resolution of your past had had any impact on your thoughts about the future.”

“Not where you’re concerned, nothing will ever change that.”

Loving the sound of that and the unwavering way Josh said it, Grace wanted to make it up to him. So after looking at him for a minute, happy she no longer needed to wonder, she leant in and kissed him.

But Graces kiss set off a need in Josh he couldn’t control and shifting his weight without breaking the kiss Josh moved to lie Grace down and covered her body with his. His desperate longing was born out of fear and it won’t wait even long enough to get to the bedroom. So easing back Josh stared at Grace, his gaze intent, as he rapidly removed her clothing.

As always Josh’s touch induced a similar response from Grace and between his hot almost frantic kisses, she helped him remove his clothing. She was fascinated by the strength of the emotion he was feeling. She had never seen Josh like this, it was like no other time they had been together and if she wasn’t sure before how he felt about her, she certainly was in no doubt now. There was no mistaking the intense emotion driving him or the desperation that he was feeling.

As Josh finished removing their clothes he stared into her eyes for a minute. There was no teasing as would normally happen between them just an overwhelming need and covering Grace again Josh kissed her and lost himself in the feelings only she could evoke.
